Eshu Independent Ltd is a private company limited by shares. It was granted company status in July 2006 but we have been delivering training and other development opportunities to the private, public, charity, voluntary and community sector for over 10 years. We also provide a research and development service primarily for third sector organisations who need to evidence their practice in order to broker better commercial relationships with the Public and Private Sector. Paula Robinson-Aberdeen is the CEO of Eshu Independent. For the past 15 years, her professional life has been dominated by teaching, curriculum design, delivery and management in Higher education and public sector education, social science research and developing and improving services in the field of mental health. She has clinical training and experience within the field of mental health, specifically Psychology, Psychological research methods and Psychotherapy. SheI also has extensive training and experience working with children, young people and their families within the private, statutory and public sector and specifically children and young people experiencing psychological issues which affect all aspects of their lives. In recent years Ishe has been involved in designing and conducting research projects to evaluate, enhance and improve service delivery in community mental health and conducting research which improves access to education for marginalised groups. She is a regular contributor and presenter at conferences in the Uk and abroad.
